Sint Maarten. Armed robbery

A Chinese family was robbed at gunpoint in front of their home in Ebenezer Estate, on Saturday January 10^th at approximately 11.00 p.m. by two armed men.

As the family was to drive into the drive way, they were attacked by the robbers who were also dressed in very dark clothing.

During the robbery the female victim was struck in her hear with a gun, while the others were threatened.

The personal belongings of the victims and an amount of cash were stolen.

After committing this act the suspect fled the seen in an unknown vehicle.

This case is under investigation by the Special Robbery Unit.
