Reprise de la saison 2014 – 2015
L’Avenir Sportif Club de Saint Martin informe les parents et les athlètes de la reprise de la saison d’athlétisme 2014 – 2015 le Mardi 16 Septembre 2014 à 17h au stade Albéric Richards.
La rentrée de l’école d’athlétisme s’effectuera le Jeudi 2 Octobre 2014 à 16h30.
Les jours d’entraînement seront les suivants :
Le mardi, le mercredi, le jeudi, de 16 heures 30 à 19 heures, et le samedi de 7 heures à 9 heures 00 selon les catégories.
Les disciplines : les lancers, les sauts, les courses, la course hors stade, le coaching sportif et de bien être.
Objectifs : initiation, entraînement, perfectionnement, coaching, préparation physique, coach athlé santé, préparation mentale, plan d’entraînement personnalisé

Avenir Sportif Club de Saint Martin informs the parents and the athletes of the resumption of the season of athletics 2014 – 2015 on Tuesday, September 16th, 2014 at 5 pm at the Albéric Richards stadium.
The comeback of the school of athletics will be made on Thursday, October 2nd, 2014 at 4:30 pm.
The days of training will be the following ones: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, from 4:30 pm till 7 pm, and on Saturdays from 7 am till 9:00 am according to the categories.
The disciplines: throws, jumps, running races indoors and on the road, the sports coaching and wellness.
Objectives: initiation, training, improvement, coaching, physical preparation, athlé coach health, mental preparation, plan of personalized training
