Depuis des années, des négriers gagnent de l’argent à Saint Martin.
Je vais vous parler plus précisément d’un seul d’entre eux.
 
Nous l’appellerons J.R., homme dont la fortune personnelle dépasse les 100.000.000 $ et propriétaire d’une maison à SAINT BARTH, de 3 maisons du coté hollandais de l’île, d’un appartement somptueux à NEW YORK, et bien d’autres appartements dans le monde entier. Il est également actionnaire dans plusieurs clinique esthétique à GENEVE.
 
J.R. ne dort que dans des palaces et c’est sa société qui paye.
J.R. paye ses charges personnels avec l’argent de sa société.
J.R. fait payer à sa société sa présence au festival de Cannes et dans toutes les beuveries de la JET-SET du monde entier.

J.R. est commerçant à Marigot, à Philipsburg et à SAINT BARTH.
Son activité principal est la bijouterie de luxe, et la parfumerie.
 
Depuis des années, J.R. :
  – exploite son personnel, déclarant qu’une partie du salaire.
  – ne paye plus ces charges sociales depuis de longues années.
  – et ferme certaines de ces boutiques en faisant des licenciements ECONOMIQUES.
 
Le dernier licenciement économique, c’était pour la parfumerie qu’il possédait sur le front de mer.
Les employés de cette parfumerie, avait pour certaines une ancienneté de plus de 20 ans, et gagnaient le SMIC. Elles ont été licencié comme des malpropres, sans aucune considération. Certaines d’entre elles, étaient proche de la retraite qu’elles se toucheront jamais, puisque J.R. n’y a jamais cotisé. D’autres, on eu une grande période de chaumage sans toucher un centime des ASSEDIC.
 
À ce jour, il ne reste à J.R., deux boutiques à SAINT BARTH et une à MARIGOT.
 
Vendredi dernier, tous le personnel de MARIGOT a reçu une lettre leurs demandant de se présenter à un entretien en vue d’un licenciement ECONOMIQUE.
 
La boutique de MARIGOT possède un stock estimé à 2.500.000 $ environ. Stock qu’il va sûrement déplacer dans une autre société lui appartenant. Si cela n’est pas déjà fait !!!
C’Est-ce que l’on appelle un transfert d’actif car son but est de faire des licenciements économiques, sans être inquiéter !!
J.R. une fois de plus se débarrassera de ses employés fidèles depuis des années sans leurs donner un centime.
J.R. est pourtant connu pour ses escroqueries chez certains huissiers de l’île et aussi dans tous les organismes sociaux !!

J.R. pays its loads staffs with the money of its company.

J.R. charges to its company its presence in the Cannes film festival and in all the drinking bouts of the JET SET of the whole world.

 J.R. is a storekeeper with Oxbow lake, with Philipsburg and with SAINT BARTH.

Its activity main thing is the luxury jewelry's store, and the perfume shop.

 For years, J.R.:

  – Exploit his staff, declaring that a part of the salary.

  – Do not pay any more these social security contributions for a long time.

  – And close some of these shops by making ECONOMICAL redundancies

 The last redundancy, it was for the perfume shop that he possessed on the sea front.

The employees of this perfume shop, had for some an age of more than 20 years, and gained

the SMIC(GUARANTEED MINIMUM WAGE). They were dismissed as swines, without any consideration. Some of them, were close to the retreat that they will never contact, because J.R. has paid the contribution there never. Others, one had a big period of NON WORKING without getting) a cent of ASSEDIC(ORGANIZATIONS MANAGING UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE PAYMENTS).

 This day, he stays in J.R., two shops to SAINT BARTH and one to MARIGOT.

 Last Friday, all the staff of MARIGOT received a letter their asking to appear at an interview with the aim of an ECONOMICAL redundancy

The shop of MARIGOT possesses a stock estimated at approximately 2.500.000 $. Stock which he is certainly going to move in another company belonging to him. If it is not already made!!!

It we call a transfer of asset because its purpose is to make redundancy, without being to worry!!

J.R. one more time will get rid of his faithful employees for years without their to give a centime.

J.R. is nevertheless known for its swindles at certain bailiffs of the island and also in all the social welfare bodies!!

You should not allow any more this kind of person, to think that the slavery was not abolished to SAINT-MARTIN. and that everything is allowed there!!!
