Exposition : soirée AFRO-CARIBEENNE & VENTE d’œuvres au profit des actions de HeadMade Factory

Headmade Factory organise une exposition vente des œuvres des artistes du collectif et d’artisanat le Vendredi 3 juin 2016 à partir de 18h30 à la Cour, à côté du Palais de Justice à Marigot.

Il s’agit d’une soirée afro-caribéenne avec animation musicale et repas africain (10 euros pour un plat et une boisson). Les artistes HMF, Florence Poirier Nkpa, Cindy Choisy et Laurent Bayly exposeront leurs travaux personnels. La vente des œuvres, de l’artisanat et plats contribuera à fiancer les actions futures de HeadMade Factory Pour toute œuvre achetée, l’acquéreur pourra bénéficier d’une réduction d’impôt égale à 60 % de la valeur de l’oeuvre.

HMF c’est quoi ?

HMF est un collectif d’artistes mettant à l’honneur la culture contemporaine à St Martin. Danse, arts visuels, expositions, conférences. Ces activités autour de l’art, illustrent un mouvement artistique méritant d’être reconnu à St Martin, à l’échelle caribéenne et internationale. Accueillir des artistes et découvrir de nouveaux talents font partie intégrante des projets HMF, ainsi qu’organiser un événement d’envergure internationale à St Martin. Entourés de professionnels du tourisme et de l’éducation ces artistes proposent des événements permettant d’apprécier la richesse de l’art contemporain, mais aussi d’enrichir les outils de promotion touristique de la Caraïbe.

Headmade Factory will oranise an exhibition and a sale of the artists’ works and arts and craft on Friday June 3th 2016 at 6.30 pm at La Cour, near the Court house in Marigot.

It will be an African Caribbean evennng with music nd an African meal ( one dish and one drink : 10 €). HMF artists, Florence Poirier Nkpa, Cindy Choisy and Laurent Bayly will show their personnal work. Sale of Works of art, arts and craft and food will contru-ibute to finance HMF’s future action. All work of art sold will benefit from a 60% tax reduction.

What’s HMF

HMF is an artist collective working on contemporary art and culture in St Martin. Dance, visual arts, exhibitions, conferences. These activities about art, illustrate an artistic movement from St Martin willing to be recognized internationaly. Welcoming new artists and new talents is also part of the HMF goals, and to organize an international art event in St. Martin. With the support of tourism and education authorities these artists want to organize events to prove the strenght of contemporary art here but also to promote the island in an other way for tourism.
