Air France Surprises Passengers on Arrival at SXM Airport to Show Appreciation

Passengers on Air France Flight 498 arriving at the Princess Juliana International Airport, SXM, on Thursday, March 31, 2016 were pleasantly surprised as they were treated to a special steel pan “Caribbean welcome” as part of their arrival experience.
Some passengers danced their way to the Immigration control, while others brought out their cellular phones and cameras to record the occasion for posterity. “It was a very nice event and passengers were quite surprised,” said Martijn ten Broecke, Air France/KLM’s station manager, who personally welcomed the passengers.
He added that the crew also enjoyed it. “Customer satisfaction is our goal that is why we are always willing to assist in whatever way possible to make the experience at our airport a moving one,” added Larry Donker, SXM Airport deputy managing director..
