Par délibération du Conseil Territorial de la Collectivité de Saint-Martin en date du 25 juin 2015, il a été décidé de procéder à :

L’enquête publique du PLAN LOCAL D’URBANISME (PLU)

de la collectivité de Saint-Martin.

 

Du jeudi 1^er au vendredi 30 octobre 2015 inclus.

Le dossier d’enquête publique pourra être consulté

de 8h00 à 15h00 durant toute la durée de l’enquête publique

à la Direction de l’Aménagement du Territoire,

Service Urbanisme

Annexe de l’hôtel de la Collectivité

Le Commissaire-Enquêteur sera présent :

Jeudi 1^er, 8, 15 et 22 octobre

De 10h00 à 13h00 et de 14h30 à 16h00

Vendredi 30 octobre

De 10h00 à 13h00 et de 14h30 à 16h00

PLU PUBLIC INQUIRY

Notice to the population

By decision of the Territorial Council of St Martin, dated from June 25, 2015, it was decided to proceed to the public inquiry about the PLAN LOCAL D’URBANISME (PLU) of the Collectivité of St Martin.

From Thursday 1^st of October to Friday 30^th of October 2015.

The public inquiry document will be available from the 1^st of october untill the 30^th of October, at the Direction of Aménagement du territoire – Urbanism department – n°6 Fort Louis road, between 8 a.m and 3 p.m, from Monday to Friday.

The Commissioner–Investigator will be available :

Thursday, 1, 8, 15 and 22 of October : From 10 a.m to 1 p.m and from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Friday, October 30 : From 10 a.m to 1 p.m and from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
